Friends and family,
As you can imagine, this has been a rough week at Reminisce. I am still unable to get anywhere near the store. I would estimate that it is about 2-3 feet (or more) under water. We can only wait until the water goes down so we can get clearance to go in and start the clean up process. Your outpouring of support has been so wonderful. I can hardly believe how many offers of help I have received. Believe me, I will take you up on that when the water goes down.
For our customers who have signed up for classes that are now cancelled, we will be issuing full refunds as soon as we are able. If you have pre-paid for an item, we will do our best to get the item or refund your money. I will not be able to refund store credit. I sincerely apologize for this. I simply do not have the resources to refund all store credits. I hope you can find it in your heart to be understanding and consider our devastating loss and the losses of all the people affected by this disaster.
I doubt that we will be able to re-open the store. It will need to be inspected by FEMA and my insurance company and the Small Business Administration. Please watch the website and blog for updates.
